Heartline Stories respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from everyone who uses our website. We publish original stories in Hungarian for readers in Hungary and across Europe, and we take copyright concerns seriously. If you believe that content published on https://hung.yerevanblog.com infringes your copyright, please let us know using the procedure below, in line with the EU Digital Services Act and the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to submit a copyright notice
Please send your notice by email to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright notice”. To help us act quickly, your notice should include:
- Your name and contact details – full name, postal address, email address and, if you act on behalf of someone else, the name of the copyright owner you represent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work – a description of the original work you believe has been infringed, with a link to it if it is available online.
- The exact URLs – the precise web address(es) on our website where the allegedly infringing material appears.
- A good-faith statement – a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- An accuracy statement – a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your signature – a physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).
What happens next
We will confirm receipt of your notice and review it, usually within 2–3 business days. If the notice is complete and valid, we will remove or disable access to the material in question and, where possible, inform the person who supplied it. If we need more information, we will contact you by email. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
Counter-notice
If you believe that material you provided was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice to the same email address. It should include your name and contact details, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, and your physical or electronic signature. Where appropriate, we will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the material if no legal action is taken.
Misuse of the procedure
Please make sure that your request is accurate. Knowingly submitting false or misleading notices may result in legal liability.
